HubHaus Raises $10M in Series A Funding

HubHaus, a Redwood City, CA-based provider of co-living housing solutions for professionals, raised $10m in Series A funding.

Backers included Fuel Capital, Mike Stoppelman, Jeff Fluhr, Andrew Swain and Graph Ventures.

The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by CEO Shruti Merchant and CTO Kerry Jones, HubHaus provides co-living housing solutions for working professionals.

How It Works
People can choose from a list of houses and room openings, book an appointment with the team to see a new potential home.
The team will gather data from other applicants to match the user with roommates within 72 hours, and will send the lease via email to be e-signed from a favorite device. Once signed, the team will send the user a follow up email with any information they may need to move in.

The house’s common areas will come completely furnished, including a TV, WiFi, and kitchen essentials.
