ReMed Recovery Care Centers, a Paoli, PA-based provider of treatment for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), received an investment from Baird Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for continued growth, geographically and clinically.
Founded in 1984 and led by Joanne Finegan, CEO and President, ReMed provides care that allows access at varying levels and stages of recovery, whether the injury is mild, moderate or severe. The company’s treatment team works closely with the individual, the family, the funder and other stakeholders as part of their overall treatment philosophy and focuses on the person’s history, current level of functioning, future goals and plans for discharge.
Today, ReMed serves over 300 individuals in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Louisiana in short-term, long-term and outpatient programs.
