Jennifer (JT) Trzepacz Joins Wildcat Venture Partners as Chief People Officer and Operating Partner

Industry veteran and human resources (HR) executive Jennifer (JT) Trzepacz joined San Mateo, CA-based venture capital firm Wildcat Venture Partners as chief people officer and operating partner.

In her role, JT will focus on connecting talent, people strategies and operations to accelerate performance in Wildcat’s portfolio companies. She also will act as the executive director of the Traction Gap™ Institute. The Traction Gap Institute was founded by Wildcat Venture Partners to help startups scale.
JT has more than 20 years of experience implementing HR strategies at several companies including LivingSocial, Salesforce, Electronic Arts, Yahoo! and CNET Networks.
Prior to joining the firm, she was the executive vice president at Rocket Fuel, where she oversaw global HR, legal, facilities, IT, business operations and internal communications.
