FreeAgent CRM, a Saratoga, CA-based CRM for small businesses to grow sales, raised $5.6M in seed financing.
Investors included BlueRun Ventures, Ron Wohl, and Kevin Haverty.
The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate R&D and expand its sales & marketing team.
Led by CEO Dave Stephens, and Chief Strategy Officer Ryan Manning, FreeAgent CRM provides a cloud-based CRM service for small businesses to track prospects, leads, accounts and deals.
The system can be set up in minutes, includes a free trial, and is priced at $29 dollars per user per month in the US and Canada or $499 pesos per user per month in Mexico, where the company has an office in Guadalajara.
