Comunicatica, an Italian digital holding company, has teamed up with Two Hundred Crowd (FKA Tip Ventures), a Brescia, Italy-based equity crowdfunding platform.
Through the partnership, Comunicatica will become a shareholder in Two Hundred Crowd and will support the company via marketing and online communications services to consolidate its position in the equity crowdfunding market. Comunicatica will also help startups in the platform raise funds, and provide them with its digital services and those offered by its partners.
Led by Matteo Masserdotti, Founder & CEO, 200crowd.com is an equity crowdfunding platform that connects entrepreneurs and investors. The company recently received €300k in funding.
