Unitas Global Secures $10M in Funding

Unitas Global, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of managed hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise organizations worldwide, secured $10m in funding.

The round was led by Boathouse Capital, with participation from existing investors MK Capital and Azure Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Andrew Olsen, a Principal at Boathouse Capital, joined Unitas Global’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to scale the organization, invest in its proprietary software platforms and expand solutions and accelerate growth globally.

Led by Patrick Shutt, CEO, Unitas Global is a provider of enterprise cloud solutions providing clients with custom, secure, and dedicated cloud-based IT environments that are fully managed, and backed by an end-to-end SLA, guaranteeing application uptime.
To meet the growing demands of its expanding client base, the company is advancing a new technology platform focused on unifying hybrid cloud management, application orchestration, system and application performance monitoring, and cloud connectivity into a single user experience.
