Drop, a Dublin, Ireland- and San Francisco, CA-based smart kitchen company, secured $8m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Alsop Louie Partners with participation from Frontline, WI Harper, and Ireland’s top chef, the Michelin-starred Ross Lewis. In conjunction with the funding, Stewart Alsop, a founder and lead partner at Alsop Louie Partners, joined Drop’s board of directors.
