AskPorter, a London, UK-based provider of an AI driven property management platform, raised more than £500k in funding.
Backers included David Newnes, James Caan, Fasial Butt and Pi Labs.
The company intends to use the funds to expand adoption of its platform nationally.
Co-founded in 2016 by Tom Shrive and Sam Tassell, AskPorter provides an AI messaging platform that optimizes property & facilities management, reducing admin and the cost of management, whilst improving customer satisfaction.
The platform features an AI assistant that automates tasks, reports and notifications to reduce admin and costs for all the parties involved in the property management process.
The company partners with Adiuvo, a call handling service for the property management industry in the UK.
