Tribeca Venture Partners, a NYC-based venture capital firm, is to raise a $150M venture capital fund.
According to a regulatory filing, Tribeca Growth Fund, L.P., has not raised funds, yet.
Led by Brian Hirsch and Charles Meakem, Tribeca Venture Partners backs early-stage startups operating in such industries as AI & Machine Learning, Content and media, Edtech, Fintech Frontier Tech, Healthcare IT, Marketplaces, Martech, Retail, Robotics, SaaS, and Security.
It makes investments from $100k to $4m depending on stage, sector, capital needs.
The portfolio includes 33 startups while the firm has exited 10 companies.
