Current investors Revolution Partners, Fidelis Partners, Angel Investment Management, Accomplice Partners, and Alerion Ventures participated in the round.
The company intends to use the funds to increase its R&D, hiring and customer success efforts.
Led by CEO Natalie Cheney, MemberSuite provides cloud based association management software (AMS) solutions for associations and nonprofit organizations of all sizes to accomplish every activity they need to serve their constituents via dozens of modules, a customizable platform and a dedicated professional services team.
