CrossBorder Solutions, a Tarrytown NY USA-based provider of corporate tax software and services, secured $6M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Kennet Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to grow out its worldwide presence and product suite.
Co-founded in 2016 by Donald Scherer and David Bukovac, CrossBorder Solutions employs technology to allow multinational corporations to comply with worldwide transfer pricing regulations.
The company produces the required documentation in order to insulate companies from costly penalties.
CrossBorder is to launch the Entity360 platform, which will enable multinational corporations to manage the tax position of each of their legal entities on a worldwide basis.
