Team Select, a Phoenix, AZ-based provider of post-acute healthcare services in a home-based setting to patients across the southwestern and central United States, received an investment from Tenex Capital Management.
The investment will enable the company to continue to enhance its data analytics, technology, and customer-centric approach, to providing best in class healthcare solutions, open new locations, and expand its presence through new acquisitions.
Team Select operates four complementary service models:
– Medicare home health,
– pediatric long-term care,
– mobile outpatient therapy, and
– certified nursing assistant training.
Established in 2008 and led by CEO Mike Lovell, Team Select provides home health care and other services to their local communities operating seven branches across Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
Following the deal, Lovell and the other management leaders, Fred Johnson and Nancy Gillette, will continue in their current leadership roles.
