Rhumbix Closes $7.35M Funding

Rhumbix, a San Francisco, CA-based mobile platform designed for smart construction sites, closed a $7.35m round of funding.

The round was led by Blackhorn Ventures, with participation from Greylock Partners, Brick & Mortar Ventures, Spectrum 28, Glynn Capital, and Kiddar Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to invest in products currently in development and expand sales team and marketing efforts.

Led by Co-founder and CEO Zach Scheel, and Co-founder and COO Drew DeWalt, Rhumbix aims to modernize construction field operations, providing builders with the Field Intelligence Platform, a cloud-based mobile workforce management solution that collects and digitizes data from previously paper-based workflows.

The platform is currently being used by 7 of the top 20 builders in the United States.
