GCommerce, a Des Moinse, IA-based provider of cloud-based technology solutions for durable goods distribution management, closed a financing with Decathlon Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for the ongoing development of its platform and support new client deployments.
Founded in 2000 and led by Steven Smith, CEO and president, GCommerce provides cloud-based durable goods distribution management solutions for suppliers, retailers and distributors to improve their way to transact, fulfill and manage orders by facilitating real-time information sharing between trading partners.
