Envoy Global Raises $21m in Series C Funding

Envoy Global, a Chicago, IL-based immigration services provider, raised $21m in Series C funding.

The round was led by Catalyst Investors with participation from existing investor General Catalyst.

The company intends to use the new capital to expand its go-to-market efforts, and continued development of its global immigration services and software platform. In conjunction with the funding, Susan Bihler of Catalyst Investors joined Envoy’s Board of Directors.

Founded in 1998 and led by Dick Burke, president and CEO, Envoy is a global immigration services provider which combines expert legal representation – for both inbound and outbound immigration – and proprietary technology, to enable companies to hire and operate an international workforce.
The company has handled more than 30,000 cases and served more than 2,000 customers in a broad range of industries including Enova, Grubhub, and CBS Interactive.
