ConversionPoint Technologies, Inc., an Irvine, Calif.-based AI-enabled e-commerce customer acquisition platform, closed a $2m convertible debt funding.
Backers included unnamed private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to:
– expand its sales and marketing capabilities,
– add several software and system developers to support the completion of its new consumer facing portal, and
– expand its capabilities around enterprise managed services.
Led by CEO Robert Tallack, ConversionPoint Technologies provides an AI-enabled platform for brands and companies to connect to, acquire and retain e-commerce customers through media optimization, CRM, and post-purchase modules that automate product delivery and remarketing.
