TeamSnap, a Boulder, Colo.-based integrated sports management platform, acquired Korrio, a cloud-based service for organizing and sharing youth sports.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This acquisition reinforces TeamSnap’s position as the communication and coordination platform for amateur sports.
Led by Steve Goldman, CEO, Korrio is a cloud-based service for organizing youth sportsm which features tools to get players on the field as well as an online environment for staff, families and fans to share and build community.
Founded in 2009 and led by Dave DuPont, CEO, TeamSnap provides over fifteen million coaches, administrators, players and parents with web and smartphone apps to sign up, schedule, communicate and coordinate everything for the team, the club and the season.
