Simplus, a Salt Lake City, Utah-based provider of Quote-to-Cash implementations, acquired Basati, an Orlando, FL-based Salesforce Partner focused on the financial services industry.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable Simplus to increase implementation support in the Financial Services industry as well as in managed services. Following the close of the deal, Tim Smith, CEO of Basati, will join the Simplus team as a senior account executive.
Led by Ryan Westwood, CEO, Simplus is a Gold Salesforce Consulting Partner and provider of Quote-to-Cash implementations. It provides enterprise-wide digital transformation through advisory, implementation, change management, custom configuration, and managed services.
The company, which has more than 1000 clients, has also recently opened an international office in the Philippines and just announced the creation of 100 more jobs.
