SCM Insurance Services, a Canadian independent, privately owned insurance services provider, received a majority investment from funds affiliated with Warburg Pincus and TorQuest Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The investment will provide SCM with access to capital and strategic resources to continue to grow its business in Canada and its recent entry into the United States.
