Pearl Energy Investments, a Dallas, TX-based energy investment firm, held the first and final closing of Pearl Energy Investments II, L.P., with total commitments of $600m.
Led by William J. Quinn, Managing Partner, Pearl focuses on partnering with management teams to invest in the lower-to-middle market North American upstream, midstream, and oilfield services sectors.
The firm, which has $1.1 billion of committed capital under management, targets equity investments between $25m and $75m, and has led investments requiring in excess of $125m of equity capital.
No placement agent was used while Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as fund formation counsel.
