Gravie Raises $14.1M in Series C Funding

Gravie, a Minneapolis-based provider of a health benefits marketplace, raised $14.1M in Series C funding.

The round was led by new investor GE Ventures with participation from existing investors FirstMark Capital, Aberdare Ventures and Split Rock Partners. As part of the financing, Lisa Suennen, Senior Managing Director at GE Ventures will join Gravie’s Board of Directors.

The company, which has raised over $44M since 2013, intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.

Founded in 2013 by Abir Sen, co-founder and CEO, Gravie leverages smart technology and human experts to provide a health benefit marketplace to employers and employees, currently serving over 900 employers and over 62,000 individuals across the United States.
