Cool Cousin, a London, UK-based provider of a travel app, raised $2m (approx. £1.5m) in seed funding.
The round was led by Elevator Fund.
The company is using the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2016 by Itamar Weizman, Itay Nagler, Nadav Saadia, Shachar Cotani, Gil Azrielant, Cool Cousin operates a mobile app and website which acts as a next-generation decentralized travel agency enabling people to discover tips and spots for their planned trip from local people who share information about their favourite places such as bars, restaurants and other attractions in thier city or town.
