Blue Lake Capital, a Shangai, China-based venture capital firm, is seeking to raise $200m for its second fund.
Per an SEC filing, Blue Lake Capital Fund II, L.P. has not raised funds, yet.
Led by Ray Hu, Alex Yin, Wei Haitao, Zhu Chen, Chen Haohui, Zhang Yifan, and Patrick Jiang, Blue Lake Capital looks for entrepreneurs with an ambition to build companies that change people’s lives via consumer Internet and enterprise solutions. The firm makes investments ranging from $1m to $15m.
The portfolio includes Momenta, Cloud Helios, 5 Miles, Emie, etc.
