ShoreMaster, a Fergus Falls, Minnesota-based maker of premium docks, boat lifts, and accessories, received an equity investment from Invision Capital.
The financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
The company will use the proceeds from the investment to expand operations.
Originally founded in 1972 by Dennis Tuel and led by Don Hurley, President and CEO, ShoreMaster is a manufacturing of premium docks, boat lifts, and accessories, which sells them in North America via five brands: ShoreMaster, PolyDock Products, Rhino Marine Systems, Shoreline Industries, and OEM Industries.
