Podium, a Lehi, Utah-based provider of an enterprise class customer review management platform, raised $32m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Accel with participation from GV (formerly Google Ventures), Summit Partners and Y Combinator.
The company, which has raised $36m to date, intends to use the capital to hire engineers to continue to develop the tech infrastructure behind the platform.
Founded in 2014 and led by Eric Rea, Podium provides a software platform for businesses to drive user-generated content in the form of online reviews to understand customers, increase visibility, and influence purchase decisions. The company currently serves 50,000+ users across nearly 10,000 local businesses.
