Outreach Raises $30m in Series C Funding

Outreach, a Seattle, WA-based sales engagement platform, raised $30m in Series C funding.

The round was led by DFJ Growth with participation from Mayfield, MHS Capital, Microsoft Ventures, Trinity Ventures and Four Rivers Group.

The company, which has raised total funding to date to $60m, intends to use the funds to expand product development and engineering teams as well as scale sales and marketing. In conjunction with the funding, Sam Fort, partner, DFJ Growth, will join Outreach’s Board of Directors.

Led by Manny Medina, CEO, Outreach provides a sales engagement platform that aims to increase the volume of meetings and qualified pipeline for front-line sales representatives. The solution automates outbound selling through customized workflows and logs all activities in existing CRM systems – allowing sales teams not to waste time on administrative tasks which typically result in less than half of their time being spent actively selling.
Outreach, which currently supports more than 1,200 sales teams and over 15,000 reps, is also unveiling a major update to its platform which features a redesigned user interface, embedded analytics, and expanded capabilities to serve the entire sales team.
