Health Centrified Raises £200k in Seed Funding

Health Centrified, a Birmingham, UK-based developer of a communication platform which offers secure digital access to healthcare services, received £200k in seed funding.

The round was led by Mercia Fund Management with participation from the NHS-backed West Midlands Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs) fund.

The company intends to use the funds to support the development, evaluation and commercialisation of its software platform.

Led by Syed Abrar, CEO, Health Centrified provides patient engagement software for clinicians to measure patient outcomes outside of a healthcare setting and for patients to spot patterns in their behaviour that affect their health and communicate with their clinician and to practice self-care.
As well as working with UK organizations, the company is also looking to build relationships with US healthcare providers.
