Travauxlib Raises €1.8M in Funding

Travauxlib, a Paris, France-based home renovation marketplace, raised €1.8m in funding.

Backers included Breega Capital, Xavier Niel, and Bpifrance.

The company intends to use the funds to grow its commercial efforts and expand operations.

Co-founded in 2014 by Matthieu Burin et Arnaud Kleinpeter, Travauxlib operates an online platform that connects apartment/house renovation companies with homeowners. The experience integrates the rating of professionals by former clients, insurance verification, payment security and third-party assistance in the event of disputes during the construction site.
The company supports construction companies in finding new clients by showcasing theie work on the website, generating quotes and billing clients directly.
