PagerDuty Raises $43.8M in Series C Funding

PagerDuty, a San Francisco, CA-based digital operations management platform, closed a $43.8m Series C funding.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Baseline Ventures and Harrison Metal.

The company intends to use the funds to grow the business.

Led by Jennifer Tejada, CEO, PagerDuty provides a SaaS-based digital operations management platform for developers, DevOps, IT operations and business leaders to prevent and resolve business-impacting incidents to access insights to proactively manage incidents and events that may impact customers across their IT environment.
Clients include more than 8,000 small, mid-size and enterprise global customers such as NBC Universal, Lululemon, Slack, IBM and Panasonic.
