OverOps (formerly known as Takipi), a San Francisco, CA-based application reliability and log intelligence company, closed a $30M Series C round of financing.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Menlo Ventures, another existing investor.
The company, which has raises $52M in total funding, will use the capital to scale its efforts in the enterprise IT operations market.
Led by CEO Tal Weiss, OverOps provides an application reliability and log intelligence platform that enables organizations to understand when, where, and why their applications break in production by dynamically capturing data from the application runtime, this allowing operations and development teams to troubleshoot faster than traditional log management solutions.
The company has over 250 customers like TripAdvisor, Kaiser Permanente, Samsung, Comcast, Fox, Zynga, Cox Automotive, Intuit and Nielsen.
OverOps currently employs 60 employees in its San Francisco and Tel Aviv offices.
