Nitro, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of document productivity solutions, raised US$15m in Series C funding.
The round was led by Battery Ventures with participation from Australian-based Regal Funds Management and Alium Capital, both based in Sydney.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its global growth and R&D efforts.
Led by Sam Chandler, CEO, Nitro provides document productivity solutions that allow business teams to convert, share, sign and analyze documents anywhere on any device.
Founded in 2005 in Melbourne, Nitro is used by over 600,000 businesses.
