Per an SEC form, 36 backers participated in the offering of Growth Street Partners I, L.P.
Co-led by Stephen Wolfe and Nathan Grossman, Growth Street invests in rapidly growing SaaS and technology-enabled services companies helping them scale their sales & marketing efforts, hire their first professional executives, better leverage their systems and processes, adopt best practices, expand the addressable market, and acquire a competitor or complementary business.
The firm’s approach includes the following features:
