Flow Closes $16M Series A Funding

Flow, a Hoboken, N.J.-based cross-border commerce company, completed $16m Series A financing.

The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from new investors Fung Capital, the investment arm of the Fung family in Hong Kong, and Forerunner Ventures, the expert investor in digital brands. Flow’s investors also include Brian Lee (The Honest Company), Alexandra Wilkis Wilson (Gilt, Glamsquad), Alexis Maybank (Gilt, Project September), Shan-Lyn Ma (Zola) and David Tisch (Spring).

The company will use the funds to continue to expand its operations and grow globally.

Founded by Rob Keve and Mike Bryzek, Flow provides cloud-based software solution that uses artificial intelligence and virtualization to remove the challenges facing cross-border commerce, addressing key requirements such as multi-currency pricing, cost efficient and rapid shipping, international payment options, taxes and duties, and returns.
