The amount of the deal, the headquarters and the people behind the company were not disclosed.
BeLive.tv is a platform that allows users to create engaging Facebook Live broadcasts featuring Q&As, Interviews with guests, Advanced Multi-Camera production, and Interactions.
A note says more than 5,000 broadcasts are already being done via BeLive every month.
