Zenreach Raises $30m in Funding

Zenreach, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of CRM and marketing automation solutions for the physical world, raised $30m in funding.

Backers included Maverick Ventures, Founders Fund, 8 VC, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, SV Angel, Kevin Durant and Ashton Kutcher.

The company, which has raised $80m in total, intends to use the capital to expand into new markets with upcoming product launches and strategic partnerships coming.

Led by Jack Abraham and Tom O’Brien, Zenreach provides brick-and-mortar merchants with a CRM and marketing automation to automatically collect customer contact info whenever they join their custom-branded free WiFi, keep track of customers, how often they visit and what they are worth to the business and personalize their experience with real-time engagement from automated smart messages.
Clients include restaurants, hotels, stadiums and venues, retailers, etc.
