Evrythng Closes $24.8m Series B Funding

EVRYTHNGEvrythng, a London, New York and San Francisco-based provider of an Internet of Things (IoT) smart products platform, completed its $24.8m Series B funding.

The round was led by Sway Ventures with participation from Generation Ventures and Bloc Ventures and existing backers Cisco Investments, Samsung, BHLP, Atomico, Dawn Capital and Advance Vixeid Partners.

The company, which has raised $34.8m in total funding, intends to use the funds to grow through partnerships, expand its team and continue to develop its platform.

Founded in 2011 and launched in 2012 by Niall Murphy, CEO, and also led by Jennifer Hyman Sutton, Chief Product Officer, Evrythng provides an enterprise-focused IoT platform for managing intelligent software identities in the cloud and digital lifecycle applications for product manufacturers.
Consumer product manufacturers work with Evrythng to manage billions of intelligent identities in the cloud for their products. This enables brands to deliver digital services directly to end-users through their products, manage supply chains using real-time data, and operate smart products connected to the broader ecosystem of applications and services on the Web and in the enterprise.
Over the past 12 months, the company has announced partnerships with global packaging companies Avery Dennison Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS), a global leader in apparel labeling, branding and packaging solutions, serving many of the world’s largest retailers, apparel and footwear brands, Crown Holdings and WestRock, who are market leaders in the consumer packaged goods market, packaging tens of billions of food, beverage and home goods products for global brands.
