Campaign Monitor, a provider of intelligent email marketing and automation software for growing brands, acquired Tagga, a Sydney, Australia-based customer data platform for marketers.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable Campaign Monitor to combine Tagga’s customer data platform with its email marketing and automation software to deliver a more targeted CRM system. Tagga will be integrated into Campaign Monitor’s platform with a beta offering planned for calendar year 2017. Pricing for the new offering will be announced at the time of general availability.
