Milan listed ePRICE (fka Banzai) made the investment in exchange of a 43% stake in Termostore
The company intends to use the funds to gore its service offering and expand nationwide.
Led by Alessandro Andreozzi, CEO, Termostore specializes in providing heating and air conditioning maintenance and installation solutions via a network of professionals. The company was launched 2 years ago within Supernova hub, the corporate venture accelerator of Italmondo S.p.A..
Italmondo and some business angels invested over €500k in Termostore.
