Netwrix Corporation, an Irvine, CA-based provider of a visibility and governance platform for hybrid cloud security, secured a Series A financing round of undisclosed amount.
Washington, DC-based Updata Partners made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds for product development and further penetration into core markets.
Founded in 2006 by Michael Fimin, CEO, Netwrix provides a visibility and governance platform for hybrid cloud security used by more than 160,000 IT departments worldwide to detect insider threats on premises and in the cloud, pass compliance audits and increase productivity.
