MomentFeed, a Santa Monica, CA-based mobile customer experience management platform for multi-location brands, closed $16.3m in funding.
The round was led by Level Equity with participation from existing investors Signia Venture Partners, Draper Nexus and DFJ Frontier.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its team of software engineers and sales executives to focus on new clients and grow the company’s network of advertising, marketing, SEO and social media agency partners, add new products, features and services for enterprise clients, and bolster operations.
Founded in 2010 and led by CEO Robert Blatt, MomentFeed provides mobile customer experience management software that enables multi-location brands to distribute consumer engagement to the store or neighborhood level.
With a customer experience across mobile search, social media, mobile advertising and customer care, the platform aims to help retailers, restaurant chains, banks, auto dealers, insurance companies and other franchised and corporate-owned multi-location businesses continuously and predictably capture more sales.
