Iovox, a London, UK-based call analytics company, completed a $10m Series A round of equity and debt financing.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures, SF Capital, and Silicon Valley Bank.
The company is using the funds to expand in the United States and execute its product strategy.
Co-founded in the U.K. by Ryan and Belinda Gallagher, Iovox is a provider of call analytics and collaboration solutions for large brands in more than 30 countries such as British Telecom, Zoopla, AutoTrader U.K., and Pizza Express.
The company has recently expanded into the United States, with an office in Mill Valley, Calif.
