Fuze, a Cambridge, MA-based cloud communications solution for the modern global enterprise, closed $104m in financing.
The round was led by Wellington Management Company, with participation from Greenspring Associates and existing investors Summit Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), and G20.
The company, which has raised $304m in total funding, intends to use the capital for international expansion and product innovation for the enterprise customer segment.
Led by Steve Kokinos, Founder and CEO, Fuze provides a cloud-based unified communications platform that enables voice, video conferencing, messaging to empower collaboration at work.
The company today has offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Ottawa, London, Amsterdam, Aveiro (Portugal), Paris, Munich, Zurich, Madrid, Copenhagen, and Sydney to serve customers worldwide.
