Global investment group Susquehanna International Group has launched a new private equity initiative.
Expanding its global private equity efforts which includes Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) and Susquehanna Asia Investments, LLLP, Susquehanna Private Capital, LLC, will be focused on buy outs of middle market companies with EBITDA between $3 and $30 million across a broad spectrum of industries including aerospace, industrials, consumer, healthcare, and business and government services among others throughout the domestic United States.
Leo Helmers has been appointed as a Managing Director and group head of SPC and will be building a team during the course of 2017.
Prior to joining SPC, Helmers was Managing Partner of LMZ Partners as well as a Managing Director at the Carlyle Group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Trust Company of the West and Hamilton Lane.
