Streamlined Ventures to Raise $40M for Second Fund

Streamlined Ventures, a Palo Alto, Ca.-based seed stage venture capital firm, is raising its second fund.

According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Streamlined Ventures II, L.P., is seeking to raise $40m. No funds have been collected, yet.

The doc names Ullas Naik, Founder and General Partner, as person related to the offering. Naik is a seasoned vc professional with past angel investing experience.

Streamlined Ventures is a seed stage vc firm investing in visionary founders who are building the next generation of transformational companies for the Mobile Web, Social Web, Web and the Enterprise.
Current areas of interest include data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning
The internet of Things (IoT), Applications, application infrastructure, business services offered through APIs, business services that leverage the principles of “on demand” delivery and provisioning, new computing technologies such as AR/VR/Robotics and Quantum Computing, etc.

Streamlined Ventures leads or participates in seed rounds with an initial investment of up to $500k and also participates in Series A and B rounds of the companies in which it invests.
