Skinjay Raises €3.5m in Funding

skinjaySkinjay, a Paris, France-based maker of shower micro-nebulization devices, raised €3.5m in funding.

The investor was Seventure Partners via its Health for Life Capital investment vehicle.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate international expansion and bolster R&D, particularly within respiratory microbiome research.

Founded by Nicolas Pasquier in 2012, Skinjay develops and markets in-shower micro-nebulization devices to deliver essential oils to the skin and into the lungs.
Skinjay’s product combines a mixer and essential oil capsules. The essential oils vaporize alongside the warm water, giving the user a relaxing shower experience and complementing skin and respiratory tract microbiomes.
