French investment firm Omnes Capital closed its Omnes Croissance 4 midcap fund at €210m.
This fourth-generation fund, dedicated to investments in French SMEs, has closed above its initial target of €180m, receiving support from long-standing investors as well as new French and foreign institutional investors, including banks, funds of funds, insurance companies, pension funds and family offices.
Led by Benjamin Arm, Managing Partner, and Eric Rey, Partner, Omnes Croissance 4 will continue to pursue its midcap strategy featuring rigorous selection of companies with strong growth potential, primary market transactions, in-depth knowledge of regional economic fabrics, a value creation strategy driven by organic growth and a highly active acquisitions policy in France or abroad.
With the fund, Omnes Capital has already made four investments in:
– Cogepart (express shipping services),
– Bimedia (software solutions for local retailers),
– Capcom (installation of fibre optic and cable networks) and
– Dispam (temperature-controlled transportation).
