Min Doktor Raises €4.7M in Funding

ehealthMin Doktor, a Malmoe, Sweden-based digital health startup, raised SKR45m (€4.7m) in funding.

Backers included EQT Ventures, Chairman Christian W. Jansson, and existing angels Filip Engelbert and Jonas Nordlander. In conjunction with the funding, Managing Director Charlotta Tönsgård left the company.

Min Doktor will use the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand operations.

The company provides telemedicine and digitalized healthcare in Sweden giving patients the tools to stay in control of their own health through a secure digital experience. Its technology identifies patients suitable for digital care and then connect them to doctors via written communication, telephone or video link to receive a diagnosis and prescriptions directly to their smartphone.
