Invest Europe, the association representing Europe’s private equity, venture capital and infrastructure fund sectors, as well as their long term investors, has appointed Marc Nahum as Director of Membership.
The hire for the new role, created to deepen engagement with the association’s 650 members and connect with fund managers and investors across Europe, represents Invest Europe’s first major hire since Michael Collins took over as CEO in October.
Marc Nahum brings over 15 years of experience in private equity fundraising and investor relations, having previously worked for Actis, DB Private Equity, The Carlyle Group and Credit Suisse.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the ESSEC in France and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
A non-profit organisation with 25 employees in Brussels, Belgium, Invest Europe contributes to policy affecting private capital investment in Europe providing information to the public on the members’ role in the economy, and data on trends and developments in the industry.
