Enfusion Systems Raises Minority Growth Equity Investment from FTV Capital

Enfusion Systems, a Chicago, IL – based provider of a cloud platform for investment managers, raised a minority growth equity investment from FTV Capital.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the proceeds to continue to invest in technology, product and client centric service enhancements. As part of the transaction, FTV Capital managing partner Brad Bernstein and principal Robert Anderson will join Enfusion Systems’ board.

Launched in 2006 by Tarek Hammoud, managing partner and chief executive officer, and Jason Morris, president, Enfusion provides Integráta, a cloud-based platform offering complete office functionality for asset managers, including order and execution management, portfolio management, valuation and risk, full fund accounting, third party connectivity, reconciliations, reporting and fund services, via a single data set.
The company has offices in Chicago, New York, London and Hong Kong.
