e.ventures, a global venture capital firm, is seeking to raise its second growth fund in the USA.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, e.ventures Growth II, L.P. is trying to raise $115m.
The doc lists co-founder and Managing Partner Mathias Schilling and co-founder and General Partner Thomas Gieselmann, the firm’s partners located in San Francisco, as people related to the offering. No funds have been raised, yet.
Founded in 1998, e.ventures is a venture capital firm with global scale. The firm invests out of dedicated funds in five geographies, in U.S., Europe, Russia, China and Japan and Brazil and Latin America focusing exclusively at the intersection of consumer Internet, media and mobile.
In the US, e.ventures has invested in almost 60 companies.
